Her dad gave her her first camera when she was 11 years old and it took 110mm film in a casette. After that she was pretty much hooked on taking pictures. Marianne tells us "I don't think I started thinking about photography in an artistic way before Art College though, it was just a way to capture moments that I saw happening around me." .
